Breaking Habits With The Law of Attraction

You can not walk into a bookstore or the book section of any store today and not find at least one book about the Law of Attraction and how to use it to improve your life. The Law of Attraction has been around longer then any of us currently on this Earth. The philosophy has been used by ancient societies as well as those of today to create the lifestyle that is desired by any individual.

The Law of Attraction is about you being in control of your life. It enforces the fact that your life and the circumstances in your life are there because of you. The philosophy behind the law of attraction is fairly simple; you get what you put out there. The universe gives you what you want. It is really a matter of how you think about it. As an example, instead of thinking and saying "I want to be out of debt" all the universe hears is that you want debt. The same principal then can be applied to your bad habit. You only have that bad habit because you want to. Lets be honest right now and say that if you truly wanted to break that bad habit you could.

When it all boils down to why you have a bad habit, it is because you believe that you can not control it. So the universe hears you and makes it so that you continue to have the bad habit and it seems harder for you to control. To use the Law of Attraction then you have to change the way that you think. Identify the bad habit that you want to break or change. Now, stop thinking about it as a bad habit. It is simply a habit that you have that you would like to change.

That is right, it is a habit that you have. You have control over this habit. It isnt bad or good it just is and it needs to be different. You are going to be very aware of your thoughts from here on out. I will tell you this is the most difficult part of using the law of attraction. You really need to pay attention to the way you thinking. You need to think that you have control, you need to be thinking that this is just a habit that needs to change and you need to visualize yourself without the habit. You have to live your life as if you do not have the habit.

Be grateful to the universe for all that you have. Be aware of your thoughts and only think positive thoughts. Do not think that I will not have this bad habit anymore. Think that "I am strong and in control of all my thoughts and actions." If this is what you think, this is what the universe delivers. Remember that the universe does not hear the negative in any thought, all it hears is that you want something. Whether it is money, weight loss, love, success and so on, you must live as if you already have those things and they will come to you.
